20-year-old patient with a history of liver transplantation 12 years ago due to fulminant hepatic failure of cryptogenic origin. He presented postoperative complications such as hepatic artery stenosis and biliary stenosis, which required reconstructive surgery by means of a hepaticojejunoanastomosis.
He is currently receiving immunosuppressive treatment. Laboratory tests show a normal hepatogram and negative serology. An abdominal ultrasound with Doppler was performed as a follow-up of her pathology (Figures 1, 2 and 3).
