Abstract

A 42-year-old female patient with a history of laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery performed 12 months ago consulted the Gastroenterology Department for epigastralgia. In the first instance, a serial gastroduodenal esophagus study with double contrast was requested.
